A glorious, indescribable, magical yoga session I did earlier.
whats important is that I felt the connection, the movement, the breath and the moments which ive not found before.
The difference loosing almost 2 stone has made to my practice is something ive always just dreamt of, it always seemed unachievable so to have those dreams become reality is weird & almost unbelievable.
